It appears that information concerning the reason why our domain was taken down yesterday was incorrect.
Also we posted on Twitter that Matt Mansell, CEO of Mesh Digital in Guildford had some personal involvement in the domain being taken offline.
After conversation with the company and with others we now find that our information was incorrect and can confirm that Matt Mansell nor Mesh Digital were repsonsible.
We sincerely apologise to Mr. Mansell for any inconvenience this may have caused.

my newly registered domain was taken down too.
domainmaster.com claimed that their security team has contacted me for some kind of verification which i did not receive any call or email at all until i logged a support ticket.
they requested my personal documents and then claimed that the document do not meet their security requirement and they never tell me what’s the security requirement.
they took my money, ask me to contact my card provider for charge back, in which a charge back can only be initiated by merchant which is domainmonster.com.
i am looking forward for angel to rescue me so that i can either get my domain name or my money back !
